Pingjing Zou is the Manager of CASL’s Center for Social Impact. She joined CASL in 2010 and has since held several positions. Her experience and expertise include: database management, program evaluation, quality assurance and compliance, project management, development, fundraising, special events budgeting and planning. She led CASL’s transition to the Salesforce platform in 2018; a key component of CASL’s strategic plan to adopt data informed practice. She is a Certified Salesforce Administrator since 2018.
Ms. Zou’s education includes a Master’s in Public Administration from Illinois Institute of Technology, a Master’s in Economics from South China Normal University. and a B.A. in Business Administration from Beijing Technology and Business University.
Ms. Zou has lived in Chicago for ten years and enjoys all the city has to offer; especially the food. She is an avid traveler and takes every opportunity to explore different parts of the globe. She loves to stay active and rock-climbing is a favorite pastime. When not staying active, she enjoys learning to code.
