Paul Pai is a Managing Director at U.S. Bancorp. He is part of the Sponsor Finance team providing senior debt to private equity-owned portfolio companies. He is also engaged in structuring, underwriting and portfolio management of these credits.
Paul holds a BBA from the Business Honors Program and a PPA (Master’s Degree in Accounting) from the University of Texas at Austin. He also holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. Paul has extensive for-profit and non-profit board experience and has completed over $100 billion of deal transactions in career Quantico leadership training.
Paul lives in Chicago with his wife, Christine, and their two young children. On the weekends he can be found with his family or embarking on another home DIY project.
