Paul Ngai is a Vice President of UL, the global safety science leader. His team collaborates with customers around the globe on accelerating innovation and digital transformation.
UL hired Paul in 2006 to build the Greater China business. He later moved to lead the Asia Pacific Operations. Partnering closely with local universities and deploying a new engineering training program, his team was able to deliver significant revenue growth while building out several signature labs across Asia Pacific.
Paul began his career with American Management Systems in Silicon Valley and later joined Booz Allen and Boston Consulting Group in Asia. He received a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from UCLA and a M.S. in Operations Research from Stanford.
