Mari C. Lin is a 20-year veteran of the health care and human resources industry. Most recently with Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, she was responsible for the health care system’s community outreach in building an inclusive and diverse talent pipeline, workforce engagement, and efforts supporting working parents.
Maria holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a M.P.H. from the University of Texas School of Public Health. She serves on the board of directors of Cara Chicago, MetroSquash, and Chicago Scholars.
Maria lives in Lincoln Park with her husband and two children.
