Krystan Cannon is CASL’s Director of Human Resources. She joined CASL’s Human Resources Department in 2020 and has been instrumental in the implementation of a new HRIS, leading CASL’s COVID-19 vaccination campaign with 99% of our 500+ staff being fully vaccinated, driving organization-wide culture change, and streamlining human resource processes.

Ms. Cannon holds a Master of Science from DePaul University – Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University, and she is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional. Her expertise and experience includes employee relations, change management, and staff training and development. She has previous Chicago area work experience in the corporate and higher education sectors.
