Frank Wang is a Human Resources Administrator at CASL. He has been part of CASL’s mission to catalyze the transformation of individuals, families and the community for an equitable future since 2020. In previous positions, Frank served as Project Manager in Nokia, Founder of Infinity and City, Talent Acquisition consultant for Blue Cross Blue Shield, CASL Recruiter, and CASL Human Resources Administrator.

In his career, what Frank enjoys most is diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA). He also enjoys innovation and how his career allows him to meet numerous people and explore different areas and cultures. Along the way, he has been exposed to various areas of Human Resources. Working as a Human Resource professional, he enjoys implementing his technical skills to solve problems and help others. Being an advocate for DEIA, he loves helping organizations, companies and communities to get talents and helping employees with the innovative HR technologies and strategies as well as partnering with leaders to find ways of improving processes to reach objectives, and enhance a respectful, diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment.

Frank has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, with a minor in business management from East China Jiaotong University and a master’s degree in computer science from New Mexico State University. As two boys’ dad, he enjoys playing tennis, basketball and piano. He is a fan of Roger Federer and Michael Jordan and is a patron of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra (CSO).
