Eileen Chin serves as President of R.M. Chin & Associates (CHIN), a M/W/DBE firm providing Owner’s Representation, Project/Program, and Construction Management, Design, and Public Involvement services for leading public and private entities in the transportation, aviation, and buildings sectors.
Eileen is responsible for the management of the corporate operations, finance, administration, strategic planning, business development, corporate communications, and client relations. She joined RMCA first, as Vice President of Corporate Services, responsible for business development and corporate communications. She promoted to Executive Vice President in 2009 adding management of corporate operations, finance, and strategic planning to her responsibilities. Since joining the firm in 2004, she has led the firm’s expansion into new services and new sector growth year over year.
Prior to joining the firm, Eileen developed and implemented communication strategies for major transportation projects; most notably, gaining regulatory and legislative approval for the O’Hare Modernization Program and managing the community outreach and strategic communications for the historic Midway Airport Terminal Development Program. She also serves as the Principal-in-Charge and Project Executive on several CHIN projects. Her professional affiliations include the Illinois Road and Transportation Builders Association, the Women’s Transportation Seminar, The Chicago Network, and the Economics Club of Chicago.
