Terms and Conditions

1. BENEFITS.
The CASL Member Program entitles CASL members to the benefits stated on the CASL Membership Levels and Perks page. Member's everyday discount is only valid on eligible purchases at any business stated in the CASL Membership Booklet.

 

2. CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
(a) Member must present his/her own CASL Membership Card to enjoy the discounts and benefits.
(b) For any CASL Member discount or other benefit to apply, the membership must be effective at the time of purchase. Members will not be reimbursed retroactively for purchases made without a Member discount at the time of purchase.
(c) Memberships are for individual use only and are non-transferable.
(d) We expect Members to submit and maintain accurate and current user information in connection with their Memberships. Such information includes name, address, email address, and telephone number. Members can change their account information by sending an online request through www.caslservice.org/membership, or calling CASL Membership Service at (312) 791-0418 ext. 3903. We cannot assume any liability for correspondence, mail or e-mail that is lost, delayed, or misdirected.

3. MEMBERSHIP FEE.
The annual Membership fees are stated on the CASL Membership Levels and Perks page. CASL may revise the Membership fee annually, but changes will apply only to new and renewal Memberships. The fee is not refundable.

4. TERM; CONTINUOUS MEMBERSHIP; BILLING.
The initial term of a Membership will commence on the date it is joined and continue for a year. Each Membership can be renewed at the last 3 months of the membership period by (i) notify Member Services via telephone, at (312) 791-0418, ext. 3903 (ii) renew CASL Membership through the agency website www.caslservice.org/membership.

5. CANCELLATION; TERMINATION.
You have the right to cancel your Membership at any time. If you cancel your Membership, you will only be entitled to a full refund of your Membership fee if you cancel during the first 30 days of your initial or renewal Membership term. No refunds will be available after such 30-day period. 6. CARD REPLACEMENT
There is a fee of $5 per card for replacing lost or damaged CASL Membership cards. Send your check payable to CASL to the following address.

Please include a brief letter stating that the check is for a replacement membership card. Also, mention your name, address, and, if possible, your member number.
